Still Reeling Over Your Ruined Routine?

We are all in the same ocean on different boats. During times of crisis we want to be a guiding light in how to show up for yourself and how to take positive steps on your health journey that don't involve kale, fasting, or picking up a new at home fitness routine.

The truth is that some people relieve stress through exercise and that's a natural response for them, it is also a natural response if you put on weight, it is also a natural and societal response if you've taken a break from the gym and it is healthy if you have been sleeping more.
The human body has natural responses during times of stress. Our energy is being used in different areas, our bodies are craving comfort in natural ways and that is health. Your body is having a natural reaction and is trying to protect you. We are experiencing unprecedented times so for some getting a peachy butt is not a priority, for others maybe hitting fitness goals is keeping them mentally strong. What's important when you have an increase in cortisol during stressful times is getting it under control by giving your body the relief it needs. Some way to reduce cortisol include; social support, movement, completing a task, stretching and giving yourself grace. As this year comes to a close we want to be the support you need, the routine you miss and the community that cares. We want to help you realize the strength of your core, at whatever size, weight, fitness level you're at.

We want you to be confident in your muscles, in your body to carry you through any obstacle. To help you eliminate any pain you're experiencing and to help you achieve any goal you want; going on a hike, running after your little one, making it through a day without back pain, making your health a priority.
If 2020 has taught us one thing for sure is to never take anything for granted, that should start with yourself. The aches and pains that we experience in our 20's, 30's 40's 50's are the issues that we are forced to address in our 60's that change the quality of our life over the decades.

We Help Women Through Fertility, Pregnancy, Birth, Postpartum and Beyond So They Can Live, Active, Confident, Healthy Lives Without The Need For Medications or Surgery. Every month that has passed has revealed a new level of strength. Even if you don't feel it yet, it's there. It may be a bit clouded by stress or fear but when we look back we will admire our strength as individuals and as a community.
