The Pacific Northwest is known for it's amazing hiking trails and this summer we want to be sure that you can enjoy your time outdoors. Getting out in nature is so good for the mind and body and is a great family activity. But I hear from clients when they first arrive in my clinic that the thought of heading up a trail with their little ones on their back makes them cringe. They've been suffering with constant knee and back pain since pregnancy and now postpartum they thought it would go away. It's especially frustrating when so many other activities are still unavailable.

I completely understand it's been quite an adjustment but I am here to share my 2 Secrets To Eliminating Low Back and Knee Pain.

Our core is the largest force absorber in our bodies and with every step you take those muscles are working to support your body including your back and limit the damage caused to your joints. C-Sections, Diastasis Recti and vaginal deliveries cause scar tissue within those muscles and pregnancy in general applies pressure to the pelvic floor.
